PRZM Studio and PRZM Builders are brand names and service lines operated by Luminate Denver, LLC. Any reference to PRZM, PRZM Studio, or PRZM Builders in these Terms refers to Luminate Denver, LLC.
PRZM Builders partners with established builders to design and operate marketing systems. We do not sell shared lead lists. Results depend on variables outside our control, and any examples or projections are illustrative only and not guarantees.

All content and materials are owned by Luminate Denver, LLC. We may integrate with third-party tools but are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminate Denver, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
